I invite you to join me as I go on a journey to paradise. Stopping in the middle of the world for cleaning, cleansing, energetic healing to the underworld. To be and experience paradise and receive love. I set my intention that in five minutes, I'm going to come back full of God's love, God's peace. Put the seeds of love and light in every cell of my being and this statement that I'm bringing also in every cell of my being. This is deep relaxation. As we're in this deep relaxation, we bring in these messages to every cell of our being.

Take a deep breath in, sigh out, relax your body and sure that your arms and legs are not crossed. Have your body relaxed and supportive. You may want to make sure your cell phone is turned off so you can relax and go on a journey to paradise. As I relax, I go deeper. The more I relax, the deeper I go, the better I feel. Ten, nine, eight. The more I relax, the deeper I go. Seven, six, five. I enter a place in the middle of the earth, filled with healing, lightworkers are going to work with my energy field and my body to make sure that I’m in a place of such clarity and sweetness that I can enter paradise.

Every cell of our being is wanted and cherished. Every cell of our being is filled with God's love.

They come to my body. Can they begin to remove any toxic energy that's not helpful for me? As they do the work, I chose relax knowing that it's all for the good, and it does no harm to the earth or to the people that are working with me, these energy workers. It seems like one of the workers is siphoning out some toxic energy from my upper belly. It seems now that they're wrapping some cloths around me especially around my neck, shoulders and back of my head. I don't know what they're doing but it seems like they're pulling toxic energy out of me or perhaps tension because it feels better now.

They're working with my hands and my feet, maybe so I could be fully present in the world to be able to give and to receive. It feels good. Thank you. I'm going to go deeper down into the earth, 4, 3. As I dropped down, I'm going to remember how to come back here. I'll remember to do this deep relaxation healing journey to paradise, 2, 1. I dropped down from the earth into a paradise. I float down to the nature scene in my comfortable chaise lounge chair as they’re perfect and soft. By my side is a little table with my favorite drink. I'm completely held and supported by this beautiful chair. I'm in nature. In my scene, I'm facing a waterfall and the sun is dappling through these beautiful trees, exquisite nature and the mess from the waterfall falls upon my body. It looks like a beautiful young jaguar has come to say hello by my hand. Everything here is safe.

Get along with everyone, nothing to fear here at all. This jaguar is saying hi by right hand, the purple dot of light is calm and peaked in, preps. It's an angel. I began to say every cell of my being is filled with God's love. Every cell of my being is filled with light. God’s love. Every cell of my being is wanted, is cherished. My inner child, the teenager she's supported and loved. She's comfortable. My inner child boy is playing in the waterfall, so much wonderful spirit. Cherished, appreciated.

Every cell of my being is filled with God's love. As I fill up with this love, my body is receiving this love. Lines of light go out to the past along the timelines to the past best lives, sending light and love and hope. It’s available. Here it is finding how to access it. It's pure light and out into the future. The holidays, the seasons, the future filled with light, God's love, God's healing, whatever name God has called and I drop in my statement that I'm bringing into this place of deep relaxation.

Yours may be different when you do this and you can. I am in an intimate, joyful, loving relationship with somebody who gets me. As I am on this beautiful cushiony chair by the waterfall, my sense and I see my loved one inside the beautiful building. It's such a natural environment and we make eye contact. I know that person is there for me. Our connection is defined and exquisite. Now we're sitting on the porch of this beautiful house overlooking the ocean, gentle waves, beautiful beverage in our hands and we're together enjoying this peaceful, loving moment together. All is well. Looking out over the nature sea, held and supported by beautiful furniture on the porch.

I rest my head on their shoulder. We are supported and loved. All around us is God's love that nourishes us, feeds us and fills us up so we can relax and be at peace. I know as I come back to this world that I'm going to keep this love, light and intimate, loving relationship energy with me and my body will benefit. The body loves this. The body loves being supported, cherished and loved. I make my way up, 2, 3, 4. When I come back, I'm going to remember and be filled with loving energy and light. I'll remember how to do this. Five, I enter the crystal settee in the middle of the earth.

This is a place of great light but not from electricity. The light is from pure source energy. This is where crystals grow in their natural environment that grows, diamonds, and gemstones of all colors. I find myself laying back, supported on a table and it's soft. The stones and the gemstones begin to inform my body, forming my God, brain, the pineal gland that connects me more beautiful energy and light. The most wonderful connection I could ever imagine. Swirling lights begin to come around me and the crystals and these magical precious stones calling to me, informing me, informing my body and activating the part of me that is pure spirit, pure love.

I come farther up into the earth knowing that this activation is still going on. I had to allow it and not worry. Thank you. Six, seven, eight. As I come up to the surface of the earth, I’m back to this realm that I came from. I'm going to keep this beautiful energy with me all day for time and times to come. I'm always good enough to come here. I can always receive healings and cleansing directly from the spirit and I am worthy. Nine, ten and I snap my fingers, open my eyes and notice how wonderfully good I feel.
